RESERVATIONS
To make a reservation for the Kansas City Beyond BBQ - A Farm-to-Table Experience on Sept. 5th, 2009:
1. Print, complete and sign this reservation form;
2. Bring the completed reservation form with you to the Pick Up location on September 5th.

It will be necessary to have the completed reservation form in hand before boarding.
3. Make payment of $275.00 per person through PayPal tool below.
Confirmation Process
Once payment is received, your reservation will be held. A representative of Gourmet Nomads will contact you by phone to confirm receipt of payment, confirm your reservation and provide you with further information about the tour.
Reservation Calendar Deadline
All reservations for Kansas City Beyond BBQ - A Farm-to-Table Experience must be received no later than Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009.
